Registration is free, and membership starts the moment you buy any 916 or 999.9 gold — there is no minimum weight. That first purchase makes you a Silver Privilege member immediately, and a large enough one can start you at Gold or Diamond. Only 916 and 999.9 purity count: an 18K or 750 purchase does not begin a membership. To keep Silver Privilege you only need to buy 916 or 999.9 gold again within the membership year — again with no minimum weight.
What are the Nexigold membership tiers?
There are three tiers. Silver Privilege starts with any 916 or 999.9 gold purchase, no minimum weight. Gold Privilege and Diamond Privilege are earned by the grams you buy within one membership year: 50g for Gold and 100g for Diamond. Upgrades are instant — the moment your grams cross a threshold, your new tier applies. Holding a tier from year to year takes the same grams as earning it: any purchase for Silver, 50g for Gold, 100g for Diamond.
How do Nexigold membership points work?
Points are earned per gram of 916 or 999.9 gold purchased, at the rate of the tier you hold at the time of purchase: Silver Privilege earns 1 point per gram, Gold Privilege 2 points per gram, and Diamond Privilege 5 points per gram. Fractional grams count exactly, and invoices under 1g earn no points but still count toward your tier.
How long is my Nexigold membership valid?
Every tier runs on a 1-year membership year, starting from the purchase that made you a member and renewing on that same date each year. On each anniversary your tier is reviewed, your gram counter resets to zero, and any unspent points expire.
How do I renew my Nexigold membership?
Buy enough 916 or 999.9 gold within your membership year to re-qualify for your tier: any purchase at all for Silver Privilege, 50g for Gold Privilege, and 100g for Diamond Privilege. If you buy less, you drop at most one tier per year — a Diamond member never falls straight past Gold.
What can I redeem my Nexigold points for?
Points can be redeemed for member vouchers such as free jewellery cleaning, free engraving, free workmanship, and free service on gold jewellery. You confirm the redemption online, then collect it in store. Redemptions are final once confirmed.
