Return & Refund Policy

Which Nexigold items can be returned or exchanged, how to request a return, and when refunds are paid.

Nexigold accepts returns of unworn gold jewellery in its original condition within seven (7) days of delivery, for an exchange or refund after inspection. Gold bars, bullion, and customised or engraved pieces are not returnable. This policy explains which items qualify, how to request a return, and when refunds are paid.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be: (a) returned within seven (7) days of the date of delivery or collection; (b) unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition; (c) accompanied by the original packaging, certificate of authenticity (where applicable), and proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt). Items that show signs of wear, resizing, polishing, or repair by a third party will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: (a) gold bars and bullion products, due to live gold price fluctuations; (b) customised, personalised, or engraved items made to your specifications; (c) items purchased during clearance or marked as final sale; (d) free gifts, redemption items, and packaging accessories. This does not affect your rights in respect of defective or incorrectly delivered items.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our customer service team within the seven (7) day window with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Once your return is authorised, you may return the item in person at our store or send it to us by insured, trackable courier. Please do not send any item back without prior authorisation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or was delivered in error.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt to verify their weight, condition, and authenticity against our records. We will notify you of the outcome within five (5) business days of receiving the item. If the return is rejected (for example, the item shows signs of wear or does not match our records), we will explain the reason and arrange to send the item back to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of approval. The refund amount is the price you paid for the item at the time of purchase; subsequent movements in the gold price do not increase or reduce your refund. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value, with any price difference payable at the time of exchange. Exchanges are subject to the same seven (7) day window, condition requirements, and inspection process as returns, and are subject to stock availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return shipping, and offer you a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund, including any delivery fees paid.
